Order cancellation
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase. Email info@thegambu.com with your order number. After this window orders go into preparation and the right of withdrawal applies instead.
Right of withdrawal
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
How to open a return request
Go to "My orders" in your account and use the "Request a return" button under the delivered order. The button stays available for 14 days after delivery and shows your return deadline. You can follow the status (under review, approved, rejected, completed) on the same page. You may also write to info@thegambu.com.
Return conditions
Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original box. For hygiene reasons, items such as earrings cannot be returned once the packaging is opened. Personalised items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using a method appropriate to your payment. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund is made to a bank account you provide.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please have the carrier record it and email info@thegambu.com with photos. For incorrect or incomplete shipments we cover the return shipping cost.
