Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller identified below and the Buyer, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Buyer and order details
The buyer's name, delivery address and contact details, together with the name, quantity and price of the ordered items, appear on the order confirmation screen and order summary and form an integral part of this agreement.
3. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer, whose characteristics and price are stated in the order summary.
4. Payment
Payment is taken by credit or debit card only, processed by iyzico; cash on delivery is not offered. Card details are handled by iyzico and are not passed to the Seller. For international orders the displayed price includes all taxes and customs charges (DDP); no further payment is requested on delivery.
5. Delivery
Domestic orders ship with the carrier you choose at checkout (PTT Kargo, Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Hepsijet or Kolay Gelsin); international orders ship with PTT Kargo. For domestic orders no separate shipping charge is made. For international orders the displayed price is a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) amount covering the product, shipping, customs duty and import charges. Nothing further is collected from the Buyer on delivery. Delivery time starts on order confirmation, with a statutory maximum of 30 days. The tracking number appears in your order details once the parcel is dispatched.
6. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty. Notice of withdrawal is sent to info@thegambu.com. The product must be returned complete and undamaged, with its box, packaging and any standard accessories.
7. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items personalised at the Buyer's request, or to items unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds (such as earrings) once their packaging has been opened.
8. Cancellation
An order may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, orders already in preparation are subject to the withdrawal provisions above.
9. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits published by the Ministry of Trade.
